This Privacy Policy explains how Realized Potential collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, email, and role (member or trainer)
• Health & fitness data: Workout logs, body weight, nutrition logs, recovery check-ins
• Usage data: How you interact with the app, device type, and platform

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalize our services
• To track your fitness progress and generate recommendations
• To communicate with you about your account
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Legal Document Acceptance Records

When you accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, we record:

• Your user ID
• The document version accepted
• Timestamp of acceptance
• Device type and platform

These records are permanently retained as a legal audit trail and are never deleted.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (e.g., payment processors) who help us operate the application.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time, which will remove your user-generated content. Legal acceptance records are retained permanently.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Financial-Security Processing

To help prevent sensitive payment information from being stored in or shared through the Platform, we operate automated systems that analyze content submitted through our messaging, Community, Social, form, profile, and billing-note surfaces for indicators of prohibited financial information (such as card or bank account numbers) and of requests for such information. When such content is detected, we may block it from being stored or transmitted and may generate a sanitized security record containing your account identifier, the surface involved, the date and time, the detection category, a reason code, a confidence score, the action taken, and repeat-event counts. These records are designed not to include the detected financial credential itself; where a representation of the detected content is necessary, only a categorical redaction (for example, “[REDACTED CARD NUMBER]”) is retained. Submitted credentials may be transiently processed for security purposes to detect, block, and redact them, but they are not intentionally retained. We use this information for fraud prevention, security review, and enforcement of our Terms of Use, and retain it in accordance with Section 5 (Data Retention).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be prompted to accept the updated version.
