Welcome to Realized Potential. By creating an account and using our application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
By accessing or using Realized Potential, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must accept these Terms before using any features of the application.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this application. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Realized Potential provides fitness, nutrition, and coaching tools for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a medical provider. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to misuse the application, including but not limited to harassing other users, posting harmful content, or attempting to disrupt the service.
6.1 Prohibited Financial Information. You must not enter, upload, transmit, post, request, solicit, collect, or store credit or debit card numbers, CVV/CVC/security codes, bank account numbers, routing information, online banking credentials, PINs, or similar sensitive financial credentials through Realized Potential’s messaging, Community, Social, comments, notes, forms, billing-reference fields, profile content, or any other non-payment surface. This applies to your own credentials and those of any other person.
6.2 Permitted Payment Discussion. Legitimate discussion of billing and payment logistics is permitted. You may discuss invoices, prices, and payment status, and you may direct another user to an appropriate external payment provider or secure checkout process. Directing a client to a legitimate external payment method or secure checkout process does not by itself constitute prohibited conduct under these Terms.
6.3 Credential Solicitation. You must never ask another Realized Potential user to send sensitive card, bank, or banking-login credentials through messages, posts, comments, forms, or any other Realized Potential communication channel.
6.4 Automated Detection and Sanitized Records. Realized Potential may use automated and manual security measures to detect, prevent, block, redact, or review attempted transmission or solicitation of sensitive financial information, and may generate sanitized security records regarding suspected violations. Submitted credentials may be transiently processed for security purposes to detect, block, and redact them, but they are not intentionally stored. These records are designed not to include the sensitive financial credentials themselves; where a representation of the detected content is necessary, only a categorical redaction (for example, “[REDACTED CARD NUMBER]”) is retained.
6.5 Enforcement; Accidental Disclosure. Accidental attempts to enter sensitive information may be blocked and accompanied by a warning without automatic account punishment. Suspected fraud, repeated credential solicitation, attempted financial exploitation, or other serious or repeated violations may result in content blocking, feature restrictions, security review, suspension, or termination as permitted under these Terms, including the immediate-security measures described in the Community Enforcement Framework.
6.6 No Credential Requests Through Realized Potential Communications. Realized Potential will not ask you to send card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, or similar credentials through ordinary Realized Potential communications, and does not require you to provide them to use the Platform. When you intentionally make a payment, an approved third-party payment provider’s secure checkout may request payment information; such requests come from the payment provider’s checkout interface, not through Realized Potential’s communication channels.
6.7 User Responsibility. You are responsible for using legitimate payment channels and for protecting your own financial credentials.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time. See our Subscription & Billing Policy for details.
Payment Processing. Realized Potential does not intentionally collect or store payment credentials on its own systems for payment processing. Subscription payments are processed by approved third-party payment providers, which handle legitimate payment credentials. If payment credentials are submitted through a Realized Potential non-payment surface, Realized Potential may transiently process the submission for security purposes to detect, block, and redact it before storage or transmission.
